I think it means buyout/merger. Smaller regional carriers are no longer viable unless they are wholly owned. Mesa has two few contracts, with too few aircraft, with too short of life span, to be viable for the forseable future... Merge, get bought, or buy someone else...It's the only way the top 250 who are here to stay will avoid having to collect unemployment checks in 2015...
