I sat reserve 3 months, and was the most junior guy in my class. I'm right on the ragged edge of holding a line right now, so I'm not sure if I'll be reserve anymore or not. Hope not. The more senior guys in my class sat reserve 1-2 months. Upgrades haven't run in 3-4 months, so that held me back a bit. Upgrade requirements are ATP mins and the seniority to bid for a spot in upgrade class.
