You know as well as I do that ALPA will fight any initiative that doesn't go along with the strategy THEY have determined is best for us. They aren't going to let a DPA type initiative work within the system. Just look at what they did with resolutions that didn't fit in with their strategy.
That is exactly correct, and as you say, acl65pilot knows it too. But when he offers this up as an alternative, he only does so knowing it would fail. He and others like him love to throw up false alternatives for the energy of the DPA movement. But all the false alternatives end in frustration and failure. Fortunately, anyone who deciphered the ALPA double-speak enough to turn in a DPA card, sees these alternatives for what they are.
