That said, our guys have been looking it to some way to go "live" with these meeting for some time. I guess if we push hard enough they will rush to press on it, and then when someone gets burned, we already know who we will blame for not being careful enough.

I know that statement irks people, but those are the facts. Not all people want what is best for you or us. I definitely would not want to see some of the comments made at meeting showing up on You Tube or in the press. As they say, once it is on the internet it is there forever.
You used way too many words to state the standard BS. Just today I finished a secure online meeting with over 50 people in 4 different locations around the US. Did I mention that it was a secure meeting?...with an online software solution that has been available for many years?
