I'd be the first person to tell you I'm not a fan of Lakes but I don't see what the problem is here. They are being as up front as they can about how poorly they treat people. I think you'd have a case to be more upset if they pretended to be awesome and 2 months into your training contract you realized they're full of it. If you aren't interested, just say so and move on. I know for a fact that management at Lakes views these forums to see what people are saying about the company. They occasionally comment on here too. There's a good chance they will figure out who you are on here if they care enough to do so. You're not anonymous online so make sure you're willing to say the things you say online to the face of anybody that might read them.
