Agreed. Too many places blow smoke up your eager, low-time a** during the interview and during indoc. "Sure, you can change bases anytime you like." "Yeah, we're getting A380s next month." "That new ALPA contract should be done next month and will double your pay."
Like Lakes or not, they are being upfront: "If you don't like no pay during training or living in Farmington, don't waste our time or yours."
