If you have a problem with the conditions described in the email, then don't pursue an interview, simple as that. BTW; I too agree with most on this thread. Your suggestion that they are "pricks" is immature. There is nothing in that email to suggest that as they are apparently forthcoming with the working conditions. Remember, this is a free country and they could offer minimum wage, not pay for a hotel during training and make you wear a clown suit as conditions of employment if they wanted. Accepting an offer for an interview is your choice.
