Buy one that has the IGW SB if you want to have any kind of reasonable full-fuel useful load.
As for salaries for a Meridian, NBAA 2010 shows SE turboprop captain with an average salary of $63,902 but
realistically for the size of aircraft I'd expect $50-60k.
