Good. I don't disagree that there may be better places to work but, flight instructing an extra 2-4 months in a single engine aircraft does not get the coveted multi engine time that's needed.
I know PDT has recently hired some 3-400 hour guys, 2-4 months isn't going to change where they were getting hired. Good for them for finding work. So, it's all relative.
