The Eclipse is many times easier to operate than a Baron. We had one through our airport about a month ago for a VLJ convention. Our D.O. got the opportunity to fly it and was blown away at the user friendly controls and cockpit.

Go on AOPA and get a quick one if it bothers you. I think the VLJ market will replace the turboprop market so we shouldn't see anykind of surge. personally i think there isn't a market for them at all. Higher cost of operation, lower fuel eff. at the lower altitudes and carry less people. Wasn't the eclips supposed to be the million dollar jet but now it's 1.6mil? I'd rather have a nice merlin.
