"Bringing" the regional guys in is exactly the problem. None of us at the majors are "brought" to our airlines. We at the majors ALL have to go through a very tough hiring process. Regional pilots must go through the same hiring process that we all had to do. No special treatment. I have no idea what the true motives are of people like you who wish to circumvent the hiring process for one particular group of pilots.
Now with regard to this dream of yours ending outsourcing, again you couldn't be more wrong. Even if we at the majors did exactly what you proffer, this would not in any way prevent another bottom feeding regional airline bidding for more bottom feeding flying. Then the process starts all over again.
