I suspect that as we majors hold the line on scope, and the CS comes on line, the little RJ fiefdom will slowly come to an end. With it being mostly third part operators, DAL will just not renew the contracts, and these lift providers will be left with the bad.

Knowing what these contracts entail with some very strategic ending dates, if appears that the level of Third Party Operators will fall off greatly in the coming years.
