I was out of the business for 13 years. Aug 1994 to Oct 2007, at which point I went to work for a 121 Regional, then a 135/91K outfit, then furloughed, then flew as a contract pilot... and recently hired into the "pool" at an ACMI (Supplemental 121)outfit to fly 747's... so time out of the cockpit while a hurdle, can be overcome. The other isssue is your training failure. I agree with Rick that it should be a PRIA event and will most likely show on your pria records. Either way I would disclose and let the chips fall will they may I reaally think most companies would understand, some maynot you can not worry about those.
