Typically, you find a guy that is weak and or not studying like he should and when it surfaces, they blame the training dept. Kalitta is pretty good and patient with guys in training. If you fail, it is usually you. The B747 is not an entry level airplane. They expect you to know how to fly when you get here. It is the "Fire Hose" method, like any other airline training program. If you cant get it, move over, there is someone waiting that can!
Well he definitely has the qualifications thats not the issue at all but he's currently employed and would take an initial paycut to go to CKS so he just wants to make sure all bases are covered before he leaves the comfort zone. I suggested to him that I would do some research on CKS over here. I appreciate all your assistance.
