I would go on-campus.
Maybe see if you can knock out some gen-eds and 100 level stuff at a community college or online so you aren't a whole year behind? And maybe get private pilot and/or instrument in the meanwhile? Just make sure classes and ratings will transfer into the degree you are going for.
