In June 2007 I interviewed. If you like good cop bad cop style interviews you will do fine. I found the bad cop side to be unprofessional. During that time they would interview about 40 per day and maybe hiring 1 per day. Even though I think SWA is a great innovative company, I lost my taste for SWA due to that interview. However, I know some great guys there so I am sure it was just the senior captain who interview me.
