I don't pretend to fully understand the details of their issues, but one things for sure, having two seperate (different) Union's representing the two FA group's is setting up a classic 'whip-saw'.
As it was mentioned earlier, if this crusade on the company's part gains traction, Mgt's same 'method of madness' will show up on our door step in the not distant future. At least we have a 'common' Union w/ a standing TPA in place....at least for the remainder of 2011.
