Grow a pair and do something to fix this. As long as we have PBS and the standard under staffing issues, which will not change because we are always "properly staffed", this will continue.
I'm not seeing how bidding for lines, instead of pairing preferences, would fix this?
How would that force the company to staff at a level that works better for us?
How would that force the company to build better, more efficient pairings?
How would it force the company to more evenly distribute the flying around the seniority list?
I don't see how PBS is at fault for the sucky schedules, can you explain it to me?
