This union doesn't have balls to even authorize a strike vote yet no other airline in the past decade has been in negotiations as long as AWAC and voted for strike authorization after 2 years. Of course they will never be released but that's not the point. Meanwhile reps are getting months off at a time with no negotiations scheduled. Someone is passing an envelope of cash under the table. Steer clear from this place.

Considering you guys crumbled like a house of cards when it came to standing up to United's attempt at the jumpseat land grab, I doubt very highly you guys have the balls to strike.

btw, while we are on this note have you thanked the Regionals who had did stand up to them for the reason that you still have TOC priority on UAX jumpseats with UAL mainline pilots?

Do you have any good documentation on that whole thing? I’ve been trying to explain it to other people but I don’t have any really great sources besides a relatively vague communication from the ARW ALPA and screenshots of an email from SAPA.

If you haven’t noticed arw alpa doesn’t like to step on anyone’s toes no matter what the situation is. They all want a real career in the long run.

Oh I’ve noticed. I’m just saying most guys on the line has no idea what almost happened with JS priority and it would be nice to have some screenshots or emails from SAPA and the teamsters. Guys don’t respond well to “well, my buddy at republic said this”.

Most guys have no idea what’s going on in general. No one reads emails, announcements and they sure don’t read FOM/FCM revisions. Yet the company wonders why people don’t operate their equipment appropriately. More than half the pilot group is junior as **** and they want the next bonus before they leave. That’s why the last TA almost passed. This place is in a downward spiral to the bottom.
