While I agree with cargodog that it's not going to be a flow, the words "Industry leading" are very intriguing. What sort of program could they offer that wouldn't be a flow but would be seen as superior or "leading?" or maybe that's just PR fluff.... we shall see

My guess is the Hogan will not be a pass/fail event, but part of an overall weighted score. A lot of good people have been blocked by the Hogan, and vice versa.

sounds to me like they might be starting a program like Delta Propel. they will add a few new bells and whistles to it to make it "industry leading".

Bear with me here as this is pure speculation.

The United Director of Corporate Learning was on one of my flights last month and told me they were announcing this change on October 1st. Also, the message twice mentions pilot development. I'm wondering if there will be some required training such as additional IBT in lieu of the past CPP process. That would be "industry leading"
