I guess I read it wrong. You have until 1400 eastern to vote NO.

So sorry to burst your bubble. It overwhelmingly pass by a vote of 93% voting in favor.
I just don’t understand how only a turnout of 83% of the eligible voters participated?
It’s our union and our contract. Too many apathetic members can be a dangerous thing.

FOs start at $90 tops out at $111.75

First year CA $150 tops out at $217.50

The annual 1.5% increase will not be implemented in 2024 but resume in 2025

I forgot to add another increase in 2024 on anniversary date of signing

People vote like a regional airline with no concern to any longevity, just to pad their wallet. “Gotta get my pay bump(or signing bonus) now before I get outta here in a year or less, so most language doesn’t matter to me cuz I probably won’t be here to be affected by it” was actually said to me with a horrible contract vote when I was there. Unfortunate but not surprised by the result.

More pay and not give anything up in return will result in an overwhelming vote for yes.
Right now, it’s not a pilot’s first choice and attrition is still very high.
They have to make coming there attractive somehow

100% this. You never know when the music is going to stop and you're going to be stuck in the seat you're in.

It’s been 6 1/2 weeks since voting closed. Has anyone actually seen the new contract yet? It’s not available on ARW ALPA site. Is there somewhere else to access it? I’m not talking about the 19 page “full language” that was presented to us. I’m talking about the entire 300+ page contract.

Someone informed me it is there but don’t go to the menu and click on contract because that will show you the old one. From the home page you have to go down to recent publications and click read more and it’s there from 10/13. I wish I would’ve known that sooner.
