How long is the training footprint all the way through IOE for DEC's (no CL-65 type yet), and if there are any log-jams in the pipeline, where are they and how long are people waiting? Appreciate any recent info!

if you’re a direct entry captain, you can be done in 60 days and there’s no wait between ground school, CPTs, Sims or IOE. We are so short CAs, they’ll push you right through.

Between FO's upgrading and CA's transfering in and out of Dayton during vacancy bids, as of right now, you are looking at around a year to hold a line in Dayton.

new hire FO's are getting MKE right off the bat and some DEC's have gotten MKE while still in training. I'm not saying everyone gets it that fast but I would say 8 months to a year to get MKE as a reserve CA is a little long. I would say 6 months is a conservitive guess maybe a little more maybe a little less.
