Air Wisconsin Interview
Hey Guys, I have an interview with AWAC next Wednesday, and was wondering if anybody had any insight as to what to expect. I have been going over the gouges, and the company history, but I was just wondering if anybody else on this site has interviewed their recently, and had any advice. I'm kind of curious about the company's history, because I don't feel like I know enough about them by just studying from their website.

All hail Wikipedia...
I do notice, though, Wikipedia doesn't mention anything about the purchases of Lone Star and Mountain Air Express...

Thanks for the info, Wikipedia definately has more info than the company's website. And for Trevtt600, I received a call from Tina, in recruiting, about 5 days after I uploaded my resume to their page. Had a real quick phone interview, lasted about 5 minutes, and then was offered a face to face interview in either appleton, DC, or philadelphia. I chose appleton just because it's only a few hours away from my house.

As much as I don't want to commute if I get hired, I think that's the only thing I'll be able to do since the cost of living is so high on the east coast. I was thinking of Raleigh-Durham, as I heard that's an easy commute and reasonable cost of living, to any of the pilot bases for AWAC.

Thanks for the info. I was offered a sept. 3rd class date, and from what it seems, AWAC sounds like a great company to work for! BoilerUP, do you work for AWAC? If you do I'd like to know what you think about working for them, and if you have any advice as to what to expect during training.
