Once you pass your line check do you go straight on to reserve? Or is there some time between the end of your training and the start of reserve? Ie. If you pass your line check at the start of october you don't go online until the start of november?

Typically guys go straight to reserve within days of completing their IOE. If you are relocating then I believe you should be allowed some moving days, but from what I've heard recently it's a big pain to get them. They are desperate to get people out on the line as fast as possible these days.

I just received the call this morning! I was hired into the applicant pool. They mentioned there may be a class in November based on attrition, but most likely the class wont be until early January. If you have interviewed in the last few weeks and have not received an email, that is a good thing. Just be patient, good news may be coming your way.

I got the call yesterday and am now in the pool...heard the same thing from Janelle; said that they are looking for a class around november and possibly in January, said that they have two more interview dates then thats it for this year. Didn't know anything more beyond that.
congrats to the poolies...hoping that a calls comes real soon!
