They had a vacancy with upgrades earlier this month. It's likely we will have to wait until March. They have been so stingy with the upgrades I doubt they would go more than once a month.
I'm thinking this one is just to fill-in blanks after moving up six FOs...seems so odd to have such a huge deficit in one base.

I haven't been paying too much attention to the vacancies, probably because I'm relatively safe where I am for the time being... but haven't they been either to get the new hires into the system or for CA upgrades, not both on the same announcement? Maybe because of the window from award to proposed staff date?
