Seems to be a fair argument for taking concessions for bigger/newer aircraft.

As a pilot group, we will get right on replacing these 200's.

Still waiting to hear your suggestions on how anyone here on APC would accomplish this. Surely your post couldn't have just been pointless whining about something no one here can control? That would be preposterous!

Sorry you have to commute on AWAC planes.. Even worse deadhead on them at half pay while the FO driving makes more than your captain on the leg. Paycuts and new big planes with good ac.. Come on guys let the union know what we're really about!!!

Didn't realize that post was going to drag out this much butt hurt. Never had any complaints with AWAC crews, good bunch of guys and gals. Also never had any suggestions, just crazy how hot it was back there.

We all want bigger, nicer planes. We all know our PACKs suck at keeping the aircraft cool. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about either.
