5k first check bonus

26k IOE bonus

10k anniversary bonus

8k year 3 bonus not included in the 272k minimum over 3 years number, because by that time you'll upgrade
I wonder if one would get that new bonus if they have not started. But applied for employment under the old 33k offer.
No firm or committed class date but a tentative date was offered.
And yes I have 5 type ratings in airplanes over 12500. The heaviest is at 630,000

Just wondering?

I'd say you're safe.

I hope so, life as a commuting regional pilot can be tough and the new sign on bonus makes the life style a whole lot better.
I hope they take good care of the current pilots too.

That's a lot of money they are throwing at pilots. Makes you think they may have some for a wage increase in negotiations.

I would agree, though, aren't we still relatively competitive when it comes to other regionals after first year pay? I'd love the pay bump, but as with all regionals they're merely trying to draw people in.

5 years. If you and a few hundred of your friends come here that will decrease substantially.

Hey if they can toss 50k at new hires, they obviously have the money to give us all outrageous raises.

The company wellbeing for the next five years, and more importantly after that, depends heavily on staffing.
