Keep the bonuses, match endeavor, and offer soft landings and I'd say they have a shot at keeping it staffed, especially as expressjet winds down. Right now everyone is really scraping the bottom of the applicant pool, they need to make it an attractive lateral move.

Lets hope it works out for xjet. Im sure it will. Lets not be like all the (°(£suckers at psa who were rooting for our demise so they could add a few airplanes. Our pilot group has always been above that type of crap. Unlike psa who was a bunch of c÷nts.

100% agree. Expressjet is a solid company with a fantastic pilot group that has held the line on work rules, wages, and countless other issues important to all pilots in the industry. They have helped raise the bar whenever given the opportunity.
The exodus and uncertainty that we went through was awful and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. I have jumpseated on them more times then I can count and I’ve always been met with a smile and overwhelming kindness no matter the highs or lows. There is no pilot group I respect more and I wish them the best of luck.
