These nice folks called me for an interview to be held in August. Does anyone have any insight you could share with me? I am currently flying a Navajo for the state making $66k, I have a family that is used to having me home every night and I like the folks I work with. So, with that said, I might pass on the interview. However, any insight on pay, schedule and QOL would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

Insight??? Unless you're going to move your family to a crew base I'd think twice. Don't mess with happy!

You won't see $66,000 until you upgrade at AWAC, which is currently a five year wait if they even make it past 2018. A place with a quicker upgrade would probably suit you better.

Interview isn't much of a stressor. Know your jepp low enroute and brief a few approaches. Know airport marking and metar and taf. Rest is hr

I might. I don't want to waste their time, but it would be good experience. Thanks!

Good company for a regional, with a great work group. If you have the time to spare, go interview and see what they are all about.
