I’m sorry about the bear...

...and glad that everyone else is OK and it’s just a cowling, but SERIOUSLY, a 737 for six passengers?

Same airport that the 737 had a midair impact with a salmon. Does that mean Alaska will make a bear livery for a 737?

Not Quite. The Fish was in Juneau on take off

I thought all 737s (after the -200 series with the straight -8s) had damaged cowlings!

Needs a bear kill marking under the Capt's window...

hydrostream 11-20-2020 04:19 PM

Pretty lucky to do that and come out with bearly a scratch.

hydrostream 11-20-2020 04:23 PM

Seriously though, an incident like that could have been pretty grizzly...

Parkedplane 11-20-2020 05:00 PM

In all seriousness.. was this approach down to bear minimums?
