It’s not a ‘couple’ 100. 4% would equal right around 100, and wouldn’t have made a difference anyway…

Many of the roughly 112 that didn’t vote were EIL’s. Pilots that are already retired and felt they really didn’t have a dog in the fight. It was very nearly 100% participation, there are always a few, but we are talking a few.
