Default Upgrade times

Hey Alaska!

These upgrade times were previously shared.

SEA 5.5

SFO 4.5

PDX 7

ANC 7

LAX 6

I’ll share HAL’s HNL upgrade bucket.
787-25+ (ABX status)
330 - 7
330F - 6.5
321 - 4
717 - 1ish

any chance y’all can share line holding times on your Captain positions per base? Baseball cards, I’ll trade ya.

edit: I’m aware it could be a 3-20 year fence lol

Appreciate that. All bases seem realatively close.

Times to CA line here at HAL vary wildly and are as follows:

787- 25+
330 - 10
330F - Not much flying yet
321 - 7 (we have 4-5 planes down thanks to P&W)
717 - 1ish (reserve can be senior)

Are there mando retirement numbers floating around at all? Does it fluctuate much with early retirement or medical?

Like everyone we have gotten really young in the last 3-5 years, but there’s a noticeable retirement crest in the next few years. Lose about 15-20% of our work force 2024-2033. Pretty even across that time, but drops off significantly after.

Is there a way to look this up in HApeople or anything? I've been trying to get data on it but can't find anybody's age/birthday

Doesn’t ALPA or the company publish a seniority list with retirment dates? Alaska used to publish birthdates, but now publishes the month pilots turn 65.

I think ALPA used to publish annual retirment numbers, but I haven’t seen that in quite a while.

Last graph I saw was a 2020 snapshot on demographics at the time. If that is helpful log onto HALMEC. That was with about 900 pilots as of early 2020.
