Yes and after you factor in RAP, bucket, and monthly cedit it's usually pretty easy to see who's getting screwed.

Because of weekend unstacking there are a lot of pilots finishing and starting their blocks on and after weekends. So none of the pilots in my bucket were available to be called. Since the staffing isn’t staggered.
I understand the contract and its glaring deficiencies extremely well because I live it. Day after day. As I’ve already said it is a system of have and have nots. It’s comical you guys try and write this off as I don’t understand the contract. It’s not a matter of understanding the contract it’s being able to wrap your head around the fact that this reserve system is entirely awful.

This right here. Ain't no way 17 people have matching days and RAPs.

Are you trying to tell me that people have different RAPs, different days on, different days off, and different amounts of available days left and all of those things go into somebody getting called to work? NO WAY...

Like I’ve said. I went through it line by line with the schedule committee chair. There were 17 people with 4 days or less on long call. Short call is a different bucket. They all couldn’t be contacted for various reasons supported by the contract.

This would literally solve all of his problems.
There are senior guys up in SEA who bid SCR and have flown less than 25 hours the entire month. Long calls with double digit conversions and majority of all of the LCRs have flown less than 30 hours. They're senior though, so maybe just be more senior? Should the line holders complain that they have to do all the redeyes to Mexico worth min credit instead of the nice 28 hour 4 days of KOA, SAN, LIH layovers?
