Seems hit or miss. My buddy and I got an interview with less than 1k right when they changed the mins. We continued the process while a friend of his was told after a meet and greet he didn't meet the new reqs.

Has anyone noticed they changed the minimums to 1,000 turbine now? Anyone know how this will affect those who were offered an interview before the change and are still pending their interview date without that 1k turbine time?

Has to be given our level of attrition haha. It’ll slow down some with the new contract but doubt it’ll close the spigot entirely. I’m really not surprised you take DM’s word as gospel.

I know no one on here wants to hear this but two weeks ago, the spigot has all but closed. Time will tell if that is transitory, I still have to think commuters might still go, but AS thinks 10-15 a year🤷‍♂️

Interest in AS has gone up significantly too🤔

The TA passed, lay off the company kool-aid for a bit.

I know 3 FO’s who have left/leaving post TA for Delta…. I don’t know anyone leaving Delta for Alaska… I loved my time here but what Otz loves to spew is nothing but some weird kookaid

Give it until the FO’s collect their bonus. Then then the spigot will be back on.

Agreeing OTZ- attrition fell off a cliff with just the mere rumor of this TA. Now that's it has passed expect to see sub 10/m leaving. Post TA I've heard from multiple pilots asking for recs. Just my thoughts, we will see in the coming months who's right.

This will age well I bet WS stops even doing the monthly attrition report too now that the contract is here or maybe he does but attrition will continue as young folks continue using AS as the insurance policy instead of the safe bet retirement job. Just think it could have been that…

This checks with what I hear. DL and UA offer flexibility, let you pick your class date, so good chance after retro, etc pays out there will be an uptick.
