Just wanted to drop in and say though we have a ways to go before all the dust settles I wanted to say I, and many of us VXers are really looking forward to starting the next chapter!

Today some AS management types visited us in our LAX ops. Was very cool. All of us at VX are excited to be part of a great pilot group at AS.
I have hauled many many AS jumpseaters in and out of SEA the last 9 years. I am grateful for the astounding professionalism shown by y'all.

Good thread IFlyEm. New hire at VX here "I'm at the bottom of the list either way". I'll be happy to buy a round with my new colleagues at both carriers as the opportunities come...
And if I had to pick one for the occasion, it would be an Ice Axe Ale that put me on my butt up in Talkeetna when I had the privilege of flying up to Alaska in a small airplane several years ago.
