They need to hire a lot more.
That percent flying schedule just released for April is littered with 100% fly days. Some bases and seats are almost all 100% or 0%. That’s just nuts.
This is for April. It isn’t spring break and we usually are kind of busy but nothing like this.
People are getting burned out.
