With the new upgrade classes in March and April, there will be some shuffling around. I think it's pretty safe to say the next few new hire classes will be able to hold pretty much any base, other than IWA maybe.

Well for starters, that chart in the OP is from the middle of last year, before we resumed hiring, so 2017 hires were still the bottom. February hires can expect GRR, ABE, and DSM.

Most junior CA is a 10/15 hire. Most junior FO a 10/19 hire. However, the Florida bases are going to see a lot of stagnation as the small bases rob flying.
Other bases that aren't "hard to get to": FLL, CVG, LAS, LAX, PIT, IND
