Anyone have any thoughts or insight about this process? I have no idea.

reach out to the HR department and let them know. Let them know you took the video interview, are still interested and want to take the next steps.

Trying to figure out if I should do that. It's either "the squeaky wheel gets the grease" or "the nail that sticks out gets hammered". I don't know enough about the company to know which one applies.

I never did a video interview; I applied in July and got an email telling me to apply again in 6 months. I continued to update and upload my resume after every trip and went to 2 CP meet and greets. Last week I emailed HR and asked how to re-apply since I was almost at my 6 month mark and 2 days later I got a F2F interview invite. Squeak, squeak, squeak.

if you could PM me any input would be appreciated! thx

Yeah, I figured it’s worth a shot. Email sent, and a “thank you” card is in the mail. We’ll see...

Does anyone know if the February classes have been filled? I’m just curious if I’m still “in the hunt”, or if they’re done looking at me.

I’d have thought I would have received a TBNT email by now if I didn’t make the cut.

February is full. Currently hiring into a pool. Feb 24th class is 25-30. However interviews are still being conducted. Hopefully another class will be added in March.

They had to call people who previously got a TBNT after the video, and offer them an immediate face to face interview, just to get the second class filled. I personally know someone who got this, and I've heard there were several more. They were hired. Looks like we have officially hit the bottom of the barrel. If we hire again this fall, it should be interesting since Delta and United will have hired almost 2000 pilots by then. Maybe the chickens are coming home to roost. Word is spreading that day trips are useless if you have to commute or move to nowheresville to do it, and get single days off with policy of fly now, grieve later.

Interesting... I recently scheduled my f2f... and there were available spots for interviews all the way into April... I wonder what this means.

A friend of a friend applied and got an invite for the F2F.

No phone interview or video interview.
