Default New pax on Allegiant - he is nervous

Good friend is making travel plans - hasn’t flown in over 10 years. I helped him choose an itinerary that avoids making a connection onto a regional (he is stressed out a little about having to make a connection). Allegiant is the non stop option on this city pair.

Requesting just some general guidelines on flying with Allegiant. He will have one carry-on. It looks like an A-320 on this flight. What is best row for comfort? Check-in procedure, boarding process tips.

I assume Allegiant has an app.

Thanks much

Pretty much the same as any other airline. Make sure you pay for the carryon ahead of time though (whenever you book the ticket). It’s anout 3-4 times more expensive if he pays for it at the airport. Yes, there is an app, which is the preferred (free) way to get your boarding pass.

If you go to the Allegiant FB page, you can converse with actual customer service people.

Tell your friend to identify himself to the flight attendants as a nervous first time flyer. They will take good care of him. We actually see this quite a bit. Our flight attendants are great.

Thanks Allegiant crews,

He didn’t make the trip - maybe it will happen in the future.

Good tips on Facebook (I don’t have FB and not sure he does), and the Allegiant app - which would be a no brainer.
