are the 737 bases strictly forecasted to be FLL, PGD, and SFB? Even with a late spring class it would seem Allegiant would still be overstaffed on 737 pilots meaning low/no hours in the jet, would you agree with that or am I missing something?

Current a 737 bases are SFB, PIE, and VBD(which is full time TDY so Base can change month to month) the 3rd announced base will be a complete changeover from AB to 737 in FLL later this year(bid have not been announced just that it would be the next base and would be all 737) PIE and SFD originally was said to end up with 6 737 each. The last Subject to change number would be to end 2025 with somewhere around 13 737's So seems that 4th base would not be until 2026 unless we got more than currently planned. With retiring 8 or 9 AB in 2025 unless they get very aggressive on adding flying to current fleet(some bases could do alot more flying with current crews) New hire classes could be very low numbers unless attrition picks way up. Advatage to the company is they hired a lot of low low time pilots and as junior pilots many are not flying a lot and so are currently not competitive to move on, unless they take Rejional jobs.

They seem to have rescinded the PGD base, at least for now. They instead recently announced FLL for the 737. Eventually, 1/2 of the fleet will be 737 (ie 100+100), that's the plan for now, but that is years off. For 2025, we are only going to take 10 last I heard based on what Boeing is capabile of doing, and those 10 are mostly replacing Airbus that desperately need retired. Our forecast growth for all of 2025 is +1 airframe in total. SFB has 4 right now. PIE is slated to get #5 shortly. Right now, I see hiring picking up only due to those who leave once the Legacy airlines decide to get moving again which should be soon.

In summary, unless something changes, I don't see 2025 being a big hiring year like 2024 was.

I think attrition this year to the legacies will be very few people (less than 50). Anyone who wanted a legacy job left in 2022-23 and as someone else mentioned many of the 2022-24 new hires don't yet have the mins for United/AA/Delta.

Lots of people on reserve for a lot longer than they want to be!

Awfully quiet here… Any update on if the company and union plan on meeting anymore or just waiting on 1 mediation a month…?
