The list integration will go to arbitration, if not binding arbitration. It’s anyone’s guess how the final list will fall.

Finally someone who gets it! This is not a walk in the park. The posted seniority list integrations are a total joke. IBT is clueless when it comes to SLI.

Guess I could have missed it but I don’t recall our union posting any integration scenarios. DOH? Relative seniority? Fences? How can you assume Allegiant pilots do well? I think ALPA is going to squash IBT in this battle.

Separate unions fall under federal law. McCaskill Bond amendment

Agree. This is the very reason it will go to arbitration. Neither party will agree on “ Fair and equitable.” I’m sure that we will try, but pilots being pilots will make this a very hard ask. I don’t believe in the history of list integration has an agreement been reached.

How do you see it potentially going down?

Probably date of hire, because in 4 to 5 years when they finally get to the SLI part after a contract is done. All the current pilots will have been hired after the merger announcement as everyone will have left.

Sorry to drop in, but the most recent "narrow body to narrow body" integration would probably be Alaska - Virgin America.

I would guess similar to that ISL.

It would be really neat if we could vote in a TA next month, thus, starting the clock on receiving our retention bonus pay out.

Lol, did you read Greg’s email about the “challenging” situation and hundred of millions in extra fuel costs? Did that sound like someone that’s ready to pay the pilots a bunch of extra money?

It'll be very interesting in the coming weeks to see if what's been put out on the table by management is still on offer....emails such as Greg's last often presage bad news...
