I moved up almost 30 since 1/15/22. Net growth less than 20 pilots by end of feb.

And yes, you do get paid for picking up on ADD days after they convert to a day off. Just don’t answer your phone and drop or trade your raps. I have not say composite a lot, but when I did it was fine. And yes we are technically in negotiations but to what end? From what I’m hearing it’s gonna take five years. Company wants to get a deal done quickly with a bag full of money and retirement and minimal work rules. Exco wants to hold out for legacy work rules and pay. I tend to think this is gonna take 5 years because we the parties have only reached TA on two sections: seniority and union business and it’s been 10 months. Management is gonna have to give in and give us some work rules or else the attrition everybody on here claims is happening will actually happen. We haven’t had serious attrition yet but we will for sure if we only TA two sections every 10 months…
if you have add days you don’t get paid for open time pick ups. Once you have picked up enough PCH they will convert your add days into days off to avoid paying you. This also happens if you get used on a reserve day and go ABG. Having ADD days guarantees you will only get paid min guarantee.
