So PHL Airbus FO is really D & I, correct? Is there a big hang up transferring from a LAA base domestic (LGA) to a LUS base (PHL)? I'm about 6 months from flowing, and just trying to get a gameplan together.

No big hangup either, you can move to any bid status you can hold as long as you don't have a lock-in. You can always move to another base on the same equipment without any lock-in and D vs. I does not matter. If you move from a D bid to an I bid on (737 or 320) you have to go to 2 day international training for Latin America and Hawaii. |

No PHL Airbus is an I bid status. That doesn't mean all your sequences are international though, just that you are qualified to go on international sequences.

Just not sure about Mutual Base Exchange D to I. |
What if you've already had the Latin American and Hawaii 2-day training. Do you have to go through it again when upgrading and going from a D to I?
