The 320 is I for the Caribbean, Bermuda, Mexico. I believe the 190i is fo Nassau, and limited islands on occasion. Not so much Canada.

All PHL flying is "I". Legacy US Airways bases don't have "D" divisions.

All group 4 flying is "I"
767 has "D/I" in MIA, every other base is "I"
737- DFW/LGA/ORD have D/I
-MIA only "I"
- LAX/BOS/DCA only "D"

A320- DFW has D/I
-CLT/DCA/LAX/MIA/PHL/PHX only I
-LGA only D

E190 PHL/I

D flying can go to Canada/Mexico as long as it's not more than 162? off shore. DFW-MEX is D but DFW-CUN is I.

To the person asking about dfw-mia commute... that’s the craziest loads I’ve ever seen. 10+ flights a day and often oversold every one with dozens of nonrevs

So if someone wanted to end up 737/320 MIA, but got 737/320 D, what would they have to do to get to Miami?

Bid for MIA on the next vacancy bid. You’ll almost certainly get it. The company will then send you back to Dallas for a couple days of international training.

Default PHL 320 question

New guy here so forgive my ignorance.

How likely would it be to get a 320 from PHL out of the gate?
