Default Gluten free crew meals?

Any idea which dishes are?

Before I get any hate mail,
Yes, I have celiacs
Yes, I know its super trendy
Good news is people know what it is now. When I found out I had to do it back in 2006 I asked my Dr. what the hell is gluten.

So yeah, I was gluten free before it was cool!

I'm just thankful our crew meals don't come in clear plastic Lunchable boxes anymore

I'm assuming the chicken and beef is gluten free but you never know here

I don't understand crew meals on domestic flights. Just go into the terminal and buy something.

You've never flown LA to Boston then. Or Seattle to Miami. But yea Charlotte to Richmond you have a great point.

I would settle for some low carb meals.

I hear over at United they can request the type of meal that they want though some standing bid or something.

Do you eat twice on those longer flights? I usually buy a salad and it holds me over.

My wife has Celiac- so I have some idea what you're dealing with (especially since I do 90% of the cooking in my house). Not the easiest career to have with your disease.
I'm guessing you're never going to be able to reliably get GF meals- especially when you have any sort of last minute schedule change. I would get a letter from your doctor stating that you have Celiac, take it to your base CP, and just ask for reimbursement for meals when they are due to you. I'm guessing they won't give you any hassle about it.
Now, actually getting reimbursed from AA...

You should get chili with beans instead.

If you take what you eat seriously you're going to have to bring all your food.

Because the terminals in BOS,LAX,SEA or MIA don't have places to buy food? Every domestic airport has food concessions about every 40 feet in each terminal.

BTW - gluten free - what a bunch of pussies we've become. Does the "gluten free" crew meal come with a tampon?
