What exactly justifies management's top salary? What was their plan for KDA? Cheap-a$$ bumper stickers?

Another shining example is TLV. Apparently biggest money for LUS, now we gave that opportunity to DL. The week AA canceled TLV, DL increased their frequency out of NY to 11 flights/week. Our response? Nothing! (well, code share)

AA opened three new widebody European routes out of PHL this summer. Hardly "nothing".

But we’ve lost Brussels, Munich, Frankfurt, 1 London coming up this winter. They’re also using 2 a330s on trans-cons daily. Mainline aircraft are decreasing yet again this year, finally set to increase in 2020.

Sure but 190s and md80s are going away..
Is that not a good thing?

DL makes headlines with their A220s and A350s. Besides, our E190s have pretty comfy seats and NO middle seats, which a lot of pax seem to like.

I think those were transferred to DFW weren't they?

If I am starting a trip on the east coast, I am NOT flying 2+ hours the wrong way to DFW to fly 9+ hours to one of those destinations in Europe.

The only city we lost was Brussels and that was after the attack on the airport there a few years ago. the second (or maybe third) LHR, MUN and FRA went to other bases. So they were only lost from PHL. But phl gained Dubrovnik, Berlin and Bologna.

What does that have to do with total pilot jobs and flying here?

Customer experience and the choices they have......you know the people that sign our paychecks? DFW1,000 or bust!!

It’s funny us delta guys complain about how you and united have so many more widebodies than us while we have all of our joint venture partners do it all. I guess the grass is never greener in the airline world 🤔
