PHL 787 FO filled in with people that were (or could be) group 2 or 3 captains.

A330 FO was 2 years on property before the merger so you'll understand why some people are less than impressed with it going to 9500.

I get your point but there was a lot of movement for junior captains on the 73 on this bid even though it was just a 78 Philly bid.
