Default AA New Hire chance to land DFW/CLT?

For a new hire FO, what is the timeline to be awarded DFW or CLT and to possibly hold a line?

This has pretty good info. I know guys are waiting a little while. I think it’s a longer wait for CLT.

DFW is less than a year I’m pretty sure.

Looks like the new plug in DFW as of the last bid was hired NOV 18. And I see AUG 17 for CLT.

Obviously a LOT of variables that play into this, but I wonder how this is going to trend moving forward.

I think the trend going forward is new hires will be able to hold any base in short order.

Of the two DFW will remain more junior with much more room for advancement in fleet types and destinations.

The problem with CLT isn't so much getting there as an FO, it's upgrading into it or even right seat widebody on the 330.
