Yeah, all sent home without offers of a class which is a complete change and is not a good thing. You should both go back and re-read what I said, and you will see that what I'm saying now lines up exactly with what I said previously. It's all right there for everyone to read, no need to try to put words in my mouth.

Holy crap. Assuming others are in the same position, with "the virus" just starting its expansion here, how can we operate in this environment? United said they'd be cutting 20% of their schedule a month each month this goes on.
I have heard Latin America is about the only semi-bright spot in this and we are big there, so that helps alleviate some of the stress.
United Airlines on Tuesday reported a 70% drop in domestic demand in the last few days and said it will make more deep cuts to flights in the coming months as the coronavirus keeps travelers at home.
United's net bookings, which include new reservations minus cancellations, have collapsed in Asia and Europe, said Scott Kirby, the airline's president who is scheduled to take over as CEO from Oscar Munoz in May. While domestic net bookings are down 70%, gross bookings are down 25%, which Kirby said are a better measure of current demand.

"During the 2018-2019 season, the CDC estimates 16.5 million people went to a health care provider for the flu and more than 34,000 people died in the U.S. The prior season saw 61,000 deaths."

There were no CJO s offered, when they have given CJOs on the spot for a long time now. You have to be pretty dense to not realize that means they have made a stop on hiring. Am I going to be called a liar because I say I think they interviewed those people because they wanted to do the right thing and bring them in after they made arrangements to do so, but they decided not to commit, hire them and then maybe let them go. Because that's likely exactly what they did. I would imagine the next group they had planned to interview will be told not to come down.
I hope I'm wrong. But looking at the planned cutbacks, hiring has likely been put on hold. And nobody here has any idea if they are still working on an earlier park job on those 767 s. All you have to do is look around at the ramp down everywhere right now, and it's very clear all the airlines are planning on a very large interruption of business. That's my bet.

It is like a hurricane is predicted, and people quote the about of the last normal rain fall. Maybe the hurricane won't come. But you will still lack intelligence.

Did you decide on the 737 or A320 yet?
