Does anyone know what the interview process looks like when you go to the face to face interview?

just like all the others, we want to see if you can be a Capt. Now if you become a Capt that is 100% up to you. But even more than that looking to see that you are safe and are a good person to fly a 3-4 day with. Don’t over think it, be you! And listen to your interview prep!

AA Work Traits after getting interview invite?

Been combing thru this thread and was wondering if this work traits assessment has any impact on a interview/CJO?

Delta has you take the assessment before getting an interview. So this is a little different.

I was just wondering how much influence this may have. I also thought I remembered taking a personality test in the Pilot Skills Test in pilot credentials, when I originally submitted the app, but that was a while ago.

According to the HR rep, the Pilot Skills test and work traits are for analytical data only. So take that for what it's worth. I thought the the work traits questionnaire was terrible and left feedback for it. The pilot skills test isn't something to worry about. Just do the practice runs and play the game.

Thank you! Definitely going through all the prep to prepare for this. If you have any advice I’m all ears or in this case eyes haha.

select interview date

So I was just logging in to aa.pilotcredentials to update my times and there were some new links on the sidebar menu that weren't there before. One was to select an interview date. Has anyone else seen this? I've seen/heard nothing about this. Anyone else see this?

Yes. Pick the date on which you’d like to interview. You should receive an email telling you to create a profile at some point, not much more. Basically, you’ve been selected.

Took the PST several months ago. Attended NGPA 3 weeks ago.

And, shortly after my post I realized that I had an email from AA HR regarding the interview process.

Thats a good sign, lol. You should have received an email about the interview and explaining the additional information.

Any mil people get offered a CJO, but then have mil orders pop up? Is there a time frame on the CJO or is there some kind of accommodation for mil orders?
